ecLearn registrations can be tracked over time using the Learner Activity table. ecLearn adds a new record to this table:
- Every time a Learner launches a registered Course for the first time
- The first time each month that a Learner launches a Course that was already launched in a previous month.
In order to use Learner Activity tracking, please ensure that “Disable Detailed Learner Activity” is not checked in ecLearn Configuration.
Learner Activity
Each learner activity tracks the following data:
- Activity Date: This is the date the record is created
- Learner: The Learner who accessed ecLearn
- Course: The Course accessed by the learner
- Registration: The corresponding Course Registration
- Registration Type: New or Existing.
- New means that the learner has accessed the course registration for the first time. This signifies both that the learner is active and that there is a new registration.
- Existing means that the learner has accessed the course previously, but this is the first time this month. This signifies only that the learner is active in the current month, but it does not count as a new registration.
