ecLearn Configuration allows an administrator to set up ecLearn for an organization. These settings allow the ecLearn app to communicate with and safely authenticate to the external services required to publish and launch courses.
The following settings are available in ecLearn Configuration:
Organization
| Column | Description |

| License Key | The license key for your organization provided by Engineered Code. This key is required to access all ecLearn services, including to save configuration. |
| Disable Detailed Learner Activity | If not disabled, ecLearn will create records in the Leaner Activity table that allow managers and administrators to view monthly Learner Activity. |
Dataverse S2S App Registration
| Column | Description |

| URL | The URL to your Dataverse environment. This is required to allow ecLearn web services to connect to your environment. |
| Client ID | The ID of the Entra ID App Registration that is used by ecLearn web services to connect to your Dataverse environment via S2S authentication. |
| Client Secret | The secret key of the Entra ID App Registration that is used by ecLearn web services to connect to your Dataverse environment via S2S authentication. This value is stored securely.. |
| Client Secret Expiration Date | The expiration date of the secret key. This value is respected by ecLearn web services, and the application will not attempt to connect using an expired secret. |
Power Pages

ecLearn Power Apps Auth App Registration

| JWT Authority | The authority used to authenticate requests to ecLearn web services from the ecLearn Power App. |

| Scopes | The API scopes granted to the Entra ID App Registration that is used to authenticate requests to ecLearn web services from the ecLearn Power App. |
VdoCipher Settings
